Conduct Salary Surveys, establishment of wage and salary structures, performance appraisal programs, development of job descriptions, wage & hour compliance, unemployment claims administration, administration of all benefits (medical, dental, prescription drug, vision, life and disability, COBRA, FMLA, 401K/SIMPLE IRA/SEP IRA Programs, FSA/HSA/HRA), worker’s compensation administration.

Employee Relations

Assist in dealing with various employee relations issues such as workplace behaviors, conflict resolution, disciplinary issues, employee warning programs. Assist in developing incentive, recognition, award programs.

Risk Management

Assist with injury investigations, administer post accident drug testing, OSHA reporting and management, safety training and manuals, safety checklists, safety programs.
