People First, located in South Florida, was established by founder Barbara Flynn in 2000. The Company was built around the vision of providing superior payroll and human resources services to clients wishing to escape the PEO (Professional Employer Organization) umbrella.

We have since expanded our customer base to include any company nationwide seeking to secure these services, and we continue to grow as a respected leader in the business world.

In 2010, we expanded our services to include business consulting and full-service bookkeeping. With Barbara’s background in international business, she has the insight and ability to assist business owners with strategy development and implementation.
