human resources Development:
We provide training in all areas of human resources including sexual harassment, employment practices, EEO, discrimination, interview techniques and outplacement. We develop customized training programs unique to the organization.
Compensation & Benefits:
We conduct salary surveys and assist with the establishment of wage and salary structures, performance appraisal programs, job descriptions, wage and hour compliance. We provide unemployment claims administration and administration of all benefits such as medical, dental, prescription drug, vision, life and disability, COBRA, FMLA, 401K/SIMPLE IRA/SEP IRA Programs, FSA/HAS/HRA, and worker’s compensation.
Employee Relations:
We assist in dealing with various employee relations issues such as workplace behaviors, conflict resolution, disciplinary issues, employee warning programs, and in developing incentive, recognition and award programs.
Risk Management:
