When handling a difficult client, don’t take it personally, remain upbeat & positive, know when to back down (not every disagreement needs an argument), try to be sympathetic, and above all, listen to hear not to react. And if dealing with that client creates anxiety and you feel it is not worth the effort, it’s OK to fire them.
