Every organization should plan. They should meet regularly. They should have an annual session where they discuss “where do we want to be this year? Where are we going?” Have, in those meetings, decide “where do I want to be five years from now?” And then break that down into steps of what are we doing now to protect ourselves and what are we doing now that will allow us to grow?
