Work from Home Gotchas!

Well, the trends that I’m seeing are the whole, the controversy between working remotely and requiring individuals to come into the office. We all are familiar with what’s gone on the last three years with COVID. People were working from home and there are people now who want to continue to work from home and employers are not allowing that to happen. And I say as a business owner, you need to evaluate that. If you have someone who does want to work from home and it’s possible to have them work from home. Do what you can to make that happen. If you’re concerned that, “oh, well they’re working from home, they’re going to be doing other things, I’m not going to get the work out of them.” You set duties and responsibilities and you say, here’s what I need you to accomplish this week.
