We just started this year, we had our annual meeting for our plans for 2024 and we now each week we have a weekly meeting with our staff and the person and we alternate who runs the meetings and the person that runs the meeting has to take one of our core values and read it and then define what it means to them.
It’s important to reiterate that. So weekly, we’re going to be going over our values, our core values, so that it’s not just on the wall or in the handbook, never to be looked at again. And not only are we reviewing what they are, but we’re saying what that means to me and how I can do my job and take into consideration the core values.
