I think we need to promote and educate our employees on their future. For example, I also promote having employees get involved in a simple IRA plan or 401k plan. I always say even if I touch one 20-year-old to get enrolled in a program like that, they will be set for life because if they take that one cup of coffee from Starbucks and put it in a simple IRA, by the time they’re ready to retire, they’re not going to have to worry like, “how long do I have to work? Or can I stop working? I can’t stop working. I can’t afford to stop working. I can’t survive if I were to stop working.”
