Balancing structure and flexibility is really important because I guess from my perspective, I am not a micromanager. I want my people to be educated and have the knowledge and the skills to be able to do their job. I want to then give them their tasks and then I want them to be able to figure out here’s what they can do when they can do it.
So some of my staff have financial goals. And so, here’s what I need you to do, here’s who you need to do it with, and I don’t care how it gets done, as long as it’s right, and it gets done, and there’s proper customer service.
