A small business owner should register with the government. And again, any questions that, that employers may have can contact me or a CPA to find out exactly what they should be doing right now. But, once this is established and enforced, there are hefty fines and penalties if you don’t register with this financial center, FinCEN, program. And it really, it’s geared to prevent money laundering, but it’s affecting the small business owner.
