Having employees engaged in an organization in your company, it’s important to have them have buy in, to feel like they’re a part of the organization. Having the right culture, having them be fit, fit in to the organization. You may not have the right person in the right seat or even having a seat in your organization for them.
So, I believe in hiring slow, firing fast, and making those determinations early on when you hire somebody to see if they are truly a proper fit.
