To help that virtual workforce, what we have done, and it’s a recent thing, but it’s working really well is, and you can use teams, you can use zoom, you can use Google meet. We happen to use Google meet, but from eight in the morning until five at night, we are connected on Google meet and our cameras are on.
And, well, we mute ourselves so you don’t hear background noise, but it has saved so much time. As a virtual company, you have to email or you have to pick up the phone. You have to call. Whereas when you’re in offices, you can, you know, either yell down the hall or yell over the cubicle, you know, “hey, I have a question” and the person can answer immediately.
