How do you handle employee performance management? That’s that’s an interesting question. A lot of people don’t believe in those annual performance reviews. It’s constant communication, letting people know where they’re stand, where they stand on going. I still like to have that conversation annually with my staff.
Because I feel it’s important to tie things together. There are no surprises at those annual reviews. Because it’s an ongoing communication process. It shouldn’t be once a year or once a quarter or whatever.
