That tells you what the individual needs to have as far as skills to do the job. So with that, you then can successfully work with the individual to determine how they can obtain those skills, whether it’s on the job training, whether it’s a technical school, a university, and then you need to make sure the individual is interested in growth. If they’re not interested, it’s not going to go anywhere. So having the right people in the right seat who want to learn and grow is critical as well, but it really starts with that job description.
