Part 8 of 8 – What To Do Now?
Now that you have eight new ways to improve your onboarding company culture, there should be nothing stopping you now! These practices are straight from the professionals themselves. They have spent lots of time learning and developing the practices so then they could help themselves and others be successful in developing a successful and effective onboarding process. These practices are meant to work and be effective from the first day, the first week, the first six months, and so forth.
By creating a series of tasks, the new candidate will be exposed to a hands-on experience with different team members and departments, and is expected to perform an activity, engage with others, or learn by doing. This helps create a more fun and productive onboarding experience.
