As a woman of faith, my relationship with God is central to who I am—both in my personal life and in how I run my business. I understand that everyone’s beliefs and values may differ, and I fully respect that. But for me, my faith provides a moral compass that guides my decisions, my leadership style, and the way I treat others.
I believe values matter. Whether your values come from faith, life experience, or a personal code of ethics, what’s important is that they are present, consistent, and visible in how you show up—every day.
For me, those values include honesty, compassion, integrity, and accountability. They help me build trust with my clients and create a culture where people feel respected and supported. I don’t expect everyone to share the same beliefs, but I do believe we all benefit when we lead with principles that reflect who we truly are.
In a world that sometimes encourages compromise for the sake of convenience, I choose to stand firm in what I believe—and I encourage others to do the same, in whatever way is true for them.
