One of my clients recently came to me needing help with two very important pieces of their employee handbook: A welcome letter and a clear mission, vision, and core values statement. They wanted it to reflect who they are as a company but weren’t sure how to put their thoughts into words.
I started by asking them a few simple questions about their business, their people, and what they stand for. From there, I crafted both the welcome letter and the statements in a way that captured their tone, their heart, and their unique style.
When we reviewed the final version, the client told me they couldn’t have done it any better themselves. In fact, they said it felt like they had written it personally, which was exactly the goal.
At People First, we don’t just deliver words on paper, we help businesses find their voice and put it into writing in a way that feels authentic and inspiring.
