Make Goals Actionable

One of my favorite concepts to consider when thinking about core values is to make them actionable. Phrase your core values in actionable terms. For instance, instead of integrity, you might say act with honesty and transparency in all interactions. If you have more questions, I suggest consulting with an experienced HR professional.
