Keeping Employees Engaged

The world is evolving. We have, as I said earlier, artificial intelligence. What we need to do is we need to determine what our skills are right now, where are we going in the future, what are our needs going to be, and then what do we do to get those new skills that we don’t have in our inventory now and have people learn those skills. And then offer opportunities for them to get those skills. Where do they go? How do they get it? Can we help subsidize the cost of them getting that education? Is it on the job? Is it, we have a vendor that we’ve purchased a piece of equipment for and they’re going to learn it from the vendor? Again, it’s all part of that strategy. It’s all part of planning. I can’t emphasize enough the importance of having a plan.
