Training Employees is Critical

Training employees is critical and you want them, you don’t want them to fall into a rut because to be honest, when someone is in a rut like that, that’s when mistakes happen. You want to constantly be challenging their mind so that they’re always seeing new opportunities, new ways to do things, new technology, new software, all of those things will help challenge individuals that will keep stimulating their minds. They may not think it. They may want to just, “I don’t want to learn anything new.” When you have individuals like that, and I’m learning right now the hard way, if I have an individual that says to me, “I don’t want to learn anything new. I just want to keep doing what I’m doing.” They’re setting themselves up for either retirement or moving on somewhere else where that business owner is willing to accept that.
