Training but Losing Employees

A CFO saying, “you know, what if we train them and they leave?” And the CEO came back, “what if we didn’t train them and they stay?” That leads me to someone years ago that I worked with who said, “I would love to have an individual put on their resume that they worked for me and when future employers saw that resume and saw that they worked for me, want to hire that person because of what they knew I did with my employees.”
