The Importance of Ethical Decisions

Ethics are the most important thing to me. I want to be able to sleep at night. So my feeling on that and my belief on that is that, always approach things as if, how do I want to be? How would I want to be treated? And treat your employees that way. Ethically, if there is something going on, an example that I’ve used when I’ve taught class is an organization that knows that they’re going to be making a change, say in a month or two and they’re hiring people promising something that isn’t going to happen in a month or two and that person leaves the job with the understanding that they’re going to be doing this job or this role and the employer knew that it was going to change. That’s not ethical.
