One of the things I do want to point out as far as minimum wage goes, we talked about exempt and non-exempt. States have a different minimum wage requirement than the federal government. And I believe it’s like 24 states that have a higher minimum wage than the federal minimum wage. The state of Florida changes it January 1 of every year.
They look at it in September and make a decision what they’re going to do with minimum wage. So it’s important to pay attention to what state regulations are too.
