AI helps, helps me in developing or maybe even finding the language, the proper language to use to make sure that, and again, having the knowledge behind looking at the language makes it right. I wouldn’t say that somebody can sit down and say, AI, you know, give me an employee handbook without somebody who really understands that.
What needs to be in a handbook and what compliance issues are, you’re not just gonna sit down and say, write me a handbook, but it does help put together programs. It saves time.
