Recruiting, I, I would say you need to really think outside the box. It is hard to find people now. Most folks are employed, so when you are recruiting, you are technically wanting to provide a better opportunity for someone who is already working. There are not many people out there who are unemployed, and if they are, they get snatched up right away, if they’re any good.
If they’re a problem child, then you probably don’t want them anyway. So you really need to think outside the box and look at other resources for your recruiting efforts from what you’ve done traditionally, because they don’t work.
