Not all days in business are easy ones. One of my clients recently found themselves in the difficult position of having to terminate an employee for cause. They wanted to make sure they were handling the situation the right way—no loose ends, no missteps, just a clean, compliant, and respectful process.

We walked through the entire situation together—what had happened, what documentation was in place, what steps had already been taken, and what they still needed to do. I helped them craft the termination notice, made sure they followed all legal and policy requirements, and coached them on how to conduct the conversation with professionalism and compassion.
In the end, they were able to move forward with confidence knowing they had done everything by the book—and treated the employee with dignity while protecting their business.
