This is an interesting video. ’cause you look at it and you go, okay, so employees are asking for money.
Well, that violates the solicitation policy that the company should have in their handbook that everybody should have signed off on having received solicitation. Policies are in handbooks and are implemented in a company to prevent unions from coming in because if they can ask for money for this, a union can come in and ask for people to sign authorization forms to bring a union into the organization.
So this kind of violates that solicitation policy and you really don’t wanna allow employees to send out emails like this, mass emails like this.
