I had a client who, right now is having people question salaries. What are we paying people? And then looking at the demographics of those individuals. You want to make sure that you’re not discriminating and paying a higher salary to a non-protected class and it’s interesting in the studies that this client did. Protected classes are getting paid more than non-protected classes. So, those kinds of things you want to make sure you’re not doing reverse discrimination. And, and that’s what we can look at, and that’s what, you know, even if it’s not us, and it’s not People First, businesses need to pay attention to that.
