We’ve become quite a litigious society and so you want to make sure that, you know, I always say to business owners, you want to be able to sleep at night. You don’t want to wonder, did I do the right thing? Who’s going to come after me tomorrow? And I’m not saying if you do everything right, you’re still not going to get that issue come up that someone may sue you for, for some reason.
But if you’ve done everything right and you’ve It’s followed what you should be doing legally. Those types of claims that come up, you’ve got your defense. You’ve got yourself protected. It doesn’t mean you still don’t have to go through the process, go through the expense of having an attorney represent you, but you’ll have a better outcome in that case if you’ve done everything right.
