Barbara Flynn Explains Why Time Off Must Be Respected

Well, I really like the supervisor’s manager because he set him straight. You never call people on vacation. You give them that time off so that they can rejuvenate and come back fresh. And there are certain times like in banks where you, that protects the bank from potential fraud. So there are reasons why you want people to be away from the work for the time that they’re supposed to be away, and you don’t call them. Technically, they should have paid him for the time that he was being called by his supervisor telling him to come to work. I give kudos to that manager for standing up for the employee and setting the supervisor straight.
