Employer Branding 101

Employer branding when it comes to employment is critical. Now the small, again, I cater my business to the small business owner, so they can’t do the branding that the big guys do. Okay. I, I’m going to mention companies like Google, companies like Southwest Airlines, you know, here in South Florida, there are a few employers that are known as employers of choice. Even if you can’t do those, high cost benefits that these big guys are providing. There are still things you can do with, with your organization to show that you care about people because that’s an important aspect of running a business and having people is to have compassion for people.
