Team Building Musts!

We do meet every week on Zoom. We, it could be Teams, it could be whatever virtually. Our meeting is scheduled every Thursday from 8:30 AM to 10 AM. It’s a 90-minute meeting that has a format. We do talk about, you know, the check-in we ask personally, what’s going on in your life for the last week. And professionally, what’s going on in your life for the last week, we address issues. If people are having problems in that particular task that they’re doing, or a client is causing some difficulties, most of our meeting is set aside to discuss that, but we definitely have a format. We definitely have timing on each area. So with regard to building the team, I think those meetings are critical. That bonds us. That keeps us together. We discuss our problems together.
