What Can I do to Retain My Current Employees?

This is a hot topic right now as the labor market is not friendly to employers right now. One of the things we can do is to do whatever we can to keep our existing employees to avoid the recruiting dilemma.
We have several ways we have been suggesting to our clients to implement to retain current employees. It’s not always about pay either. Employees are looking for a flexible work schedule. They would like to work from home. They are interested in fringe benefits (not just about health care). It’s time employers get creative and work with employees to keep them motivated and interested in staying.
