Veronica actually has a good point here. What you need to do if there are individuals who are causing disruption in the organization, you don’t get everybody together and address those disruptions. You address it with each individual who you’re having problems with.
The team building event is a good idea that should be done as well. The thing that was not done was to take care of each of the individuals who did disrupt the organization and address that behavior with each person individually and not as a group.
