At People First, we believe support shouldn’t stop just because a client’s needs change. Recently, a client was transitioning to a different payroll processor. And just as we always do, we met them right where they were — without judgment, pressure, or hesitation.
During the transition, the client realized they needed EEO codes and Workers’ Compensation codes for their new provider — and they weren’t familiar with what those codes were or why they mattered. Instead of spending hours researching and stressing, they reached out to us. We were happy to step in.
We gathered the information, explained what each code was for, and made sure they had exactly what they needed to move forward confidently. Not only did it save them time — it also gave them clarity and understanding they didn’t have before.
