This sounds to me like there needs to be some type of a meeting with everyone involved to get policies in place here, because Veronica’s right, if she has to let all of her results go to escalations, and then she looks like the bad guy and they look like the good guy, it’s not fair to Veronica.
Let’s get it together here guys. Let’s get escalation together with the team, Veronica’s team and see what can we do to allow Veronica to look like the good guy and not have so many fees waived. What’s causing the fees to occur in the first place? Maybe that’s the problem as well. So there needs to be a little further in depth study here to find out what’s causing this to let everybody look like the good guy.
