Wow. This manager’s about a lot to learn.
Changing the schedule at 11 o’clock at night and expecting the employee to know that they’re supposed to come in two hours earlier. Not gonna happen. That write ups not gonna happen.
Now this seems to be a retail operation. Maybe they don’t have an HR department, but the owners who are responsible for employment laws need to know, and their managers need to know that you need to give people time to change the schedule and not do it when they’re sleeping.
