As we celebrate 25 years in business, I find myself reflecting not just on the milestones we’ve reached, but on the people whose love, sacrifice, and guidance helped shape this journey. Chief among them is my mother Freda.
Though she is no longer with us, her influence is woven into the very fabric of this company.
My mother wasn’t a businesswoman in the traditional sense, but she taught me lessons no classroom or boardroom ever could. She showed me the value of hard work, the importance of integrity, and the quiet strength that comes from resilience. Whether it was her encouraging words when times were tough, or her example of grace under pressure, she instilled in me the values that would go on to define not just my character, but the culture of this business.
There were days when it felt like the weight of entrepreneurship was too heavy to carry, but I could still hear her voice in my head: “Keep going. You’re stronger than you think.” She believed in me long before the world did, and for that, I will be forever grateful.
This 25-year milestone is as much hers as it is mine. Every satisfied customer, every job created, every goal achieved—it all traces back to the foundation she helped build through love, faith, and unwavering support.
As we move into the next chapter, I carry her memory with pride and purpose. And today, I honor her—not just as my mother, but as the soul behind the spirit of this business.
