When do I Have to Report an Incident to OSHA?

Not all incidents need to be reported to OSHA. However, in certain situations, OSHA must be notified within 8 hours and in some other instances 24 hours. Employers must track all incidents on an OSHA log and in many cases post a summary of all incidents in a conspicuous location for all employees to see.
