First of all, Veronica needs to be written up for the infraction that occurred that she caused. That should not leave her personnel file. However, the powers that be also violated company policies and they therefore have consequences as well. The CEO and the HR director, we know where I’m going with that one.
They also need to be disciplined for behavior that violated the company policy and so action should be taken with them. All employees, no matter what level they are need to be written up for violating company policy. Lead by example.
